4) SBA 7a, 504, and USDA: owner occupied more than 50% of the space,
5) Conventional Commercial: office buildings, apartment buildings, etc.
6) Fannie/Freddie apartment financing: up to 80% LTV, up to $5mm
7) Bridge Loans: same product details as our Fix and Flip Rehab Loans
8) Ground up Construction: residential and commercial loans: 50%of land cost, 100% of construction, 65% of completion value, rates between 12-14%. pts 2-5%.
